The tunnel freezer Overall design
1. The design and production of the entire equipment shall comply with HACCP and the requirements of the new version of food and drug GMP, SC, etc; Meets the standards of the People's Republic of China's "Food Monomer Quick Freezing Device" and the export requirements of commercial inspection.
2. The internal and external structures of the warehouse are made of food grade stainless steel SUS304, all welded by argon arc welding, and the welded joints are treated with acid pickling. (Excluding standard and special components such as reducers and motors).
3. Design process structure parameters based on the characteristics of frozen products, and design an evaporator with a large effective surface area; Adopting a large spacing aluminum alloy finned tube group and variable blade spacing design to reduce the temperature difference between the evaporator and the warehouse, the design selection is calculated based on the evaporation temperature of -40 degrees Celsius. Adequate evaporation area, high heat transfer efficiency, fully considering the influence of incoming and outgoing temperatures, designed to delay frosting and extend the working time of the quick freezing machine.
4. The evaporator is equipped with an efficient, low-noise, waterproof, moisture-proof, and low-temperature resistant axial flow fan.
5. By utilizing the -35 ℃ temperature inside the warehouse and the principle of tunnel side blowing, the temperature of the product is lowered to -18 ℃ through the action of a variable frequency conveyor belt. The individual units are uniformly and quickly frozen, and the shipment is automatically dropped.
6. Adopting adjustable heat wave blowing design to improve the cold air focus and quick freezing efficiency. Frozen products are evenly winded in multiple directions, making freezing faster and ensuring consistent quality. Adopting a unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system to avoid wind runaway, while designing low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at the inlet and outlet. The internal air guide adjustment device can adjust the wind direction at any time, controlling the symmetry of the cold air without overflowing; The adjustable windbreak insulation device controls the feeding height and avoids the loss of cooling capacity.
7. Adopting an external centralized water valve to control uniform water flushing frost, preventing bacterial growth, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and meeting food hygiene requirements. The frozen indoor evaporator is equipped with an integral welded stainless steel large water tray; The warehouse is equipped with electrically heated maintenance doors, and all corners of the quick freezing machine are easy to clean and maintain; Except for the slow operation of the mesh belt, all other transmission devices are located inside the insulation cover, which is easy to disassemble and assemble; Set up emergency stop safety buttons and safety warning signs; The overall setting of the quick freezing machine is adjustable horizontally up and down.
8. An adjustable windbreak insulation device with adjustable height limit is installed at the feeding port to evenly distribute the initial fabric of the product and avoid the loss of cold air. The air guide adjustment device can adjust the wind direction and control the uniformity of cold air;
9. The stainless steel SUS304 conveyor belt chain adopts a 38.1mm double pitch large roller chain for rolling transmission, avoiding chain deformation and breakage;

The return belt of the mesh belt conveyor is located in the warehouse, with insulation on five sides of the receiving column and an adjustable stainless steel windproof insulation board attached to the cargo port. The six sides of the shipping column are insulated, allowing for automatic material dropping and maintaining the operation of the mesh belt conveyor at low temperatures, with pre cooling function.
11. Using full-length stainless steel edges, frozen products are relatively enclosed inside the transport tunnel to prevent them from flipping over and blowing out of the tunnel.
12. High quality cycloidal pinwheel reducer and frequency converter achieve stepless speed regulation of mesh belt transmission. The freezing time can be adjusted arbitrarily.
13. Fully utilize the storage surface area, effectively utilize the refrigeration capacity, adapt to different frozen products for efficient and energy-saving quick freezing processing.
